10 Days From Casablanca to Sahara Desert

Day 1: Arrival In Casablanca we start our 10 Days From Casablanca to the Sahara Desert :

Pick up at Mohamed V airport and transfer to hotel. Depending on arrival time you will have the opportunity to visit the Mosque of Hassan II. Dinner and overnight at a Hotel/Riad.

Day 2 : Casablanca – Marrakech:

We start with driving to the “Red Town” for a free day to reach out and explore Marrakech’s famous red city. Visit the immense souk, and immerse into the lively Djemaa El Fna, in the heart of ancient Morocco. Be captivated by the dancers, snake trainers, jugglers, narrators, and singers and enjoy orange juice in front of the numerous workshops. Overnight stay at a Hotel/Riad.

Day 3 : Marrakech – Telouat – Ait Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate:

After breakfast, depart for Telouet, crossing the High Atlas via the Tizi Ntichka pass (2.260m). There, we’ll explore the Kasbah and drive through some Berber villages before arriving in Ait Ben Haddou, a walled village where many famous movies, including “Gladiator,” “Prince of Persia,” “The Mummy,” and others, were filmed. Before continuing to Ouarzazate, we will stop for lunch in the village. Dinner and an overnight stay in a hotel or a riad are included.

Day 4 : Ouarzazate – Skoura -Dades Valley:

Following breakfast, we will go to Ouarzazate. With landmarks such as Taourirt Kasbah and the Main Palace of Glaoui, the famous Pacha of southern Morocco, it is regarded as the great desert entryway and point from which to begin the “Great Voyage.” Continue to the Valley of the Roses, stopping in at Skoura and Boumalne along the way. Dinner at the Dades Gorge and an overnight stay at a hotel or a riad.

Day 5 : Dades Valley – Todra Gorge – Merzouga:

Out on the “Street of Kasbahs”. After several stops, we will arrive at one of nature’s greatest beauties in the South, the Gorges of Todra. The river Todra Gorge has formed daunting, vertical walls and high Balleza. It is a paradise for climbers and aúnico. we continue south. Lunch on the road and then into the desert, to the impressive dunes of Merzouga, the “Erg Chebbi”. Free time to climb the dunes and to enjoy a beautiful sunset. After dinner, there will be traditional Berber drumming music. Overnight stay at a Hotel/Riad.

Day 6 : Merzouga – Rissani- Erg Chebbi Tour – Camel Trekking:

After breakfast we will walk around the vast sandy landscape of Erg Chebbi, the Great Dunes of Morocco, some of which are over 250 meters high. It is connected by a path to the former route of “Rallye Dakar” and has the mountains and border of Algeria in the background.

Stop at the oasis of Tissardmin and continue to a nomadic settlement, where you will learn some secrets of their life and customs. After stopping at a viewpoint from where you can admire the Erg Chebbi in all its size and beauty, we will stop in Khamlia, at the indigenous people of Mali, where you can relax with a cup of tea while enjoying a short concert of Gnawa music. Return to the lodge, lunch, and set off for the camel tour.

After half an hour on the back of a camel, we reach the bottom of the Great Dunes with a marvelous sunset in the desert behind us. Overnight stay in a tent in the heart of the desert under the spectacular canopy of stars.

Day 7 : MERZOUGA – MIDELT – FES:

After breakfast, depart from the desert and go north into the Ziz Valley.
Stopping at Meski, the cool “Blue Source,” to relax by the pool and under the palm trees.
After a pit stop for a nice meal, continue on to Fes, passing via Ifrane (Swiss-Moroccan).
Spend the night in a Riad in Fes’ Medina.

Day 8 :Fes – Volubilis – Meknes:

Free day to discover the royal city of Fes with its many “madrassas”, its tanneries and the famous medina, Departure to Meknes, visiting the imperial city with its famous door, Bab El Mansour, the mausoleum of Moulay Ismail, and the basin of Agdal.Posibilidad. Spend a visit to the ruins of the Roman city of Volubilis, located about thirty kilometers from Meknes and the holy city of Moulay Idriss, the pilgrimage of any Moroccan. Dinner and overnight stay in Meknes.

Day 9 :Meknes – Rabat – Casablanca:

On the way back to Casablanca, we will stop in the capital of Morocco, Rabat. Arrival in the afternoon at Casablanca.

DAY 10: Casablanca And Transfer To The Airoport

After Breakfast, you will have a free morning in Casablanca, and at the agreed time, we will transfer you to the airport, where our service ends.
