3 Days from Marrakech to Merzouga Desert

Day 1: Marrakech – Tizi-n-Tichka – Tamdakhte – Ait Benhaddou – Kasbah in Skoura – Dades Gorges:

Departure from the Riad or Hotel, It begins by passing through the Tizi N’Tichka on its way to the High Atlas, with stops for panoramic views. Visit the Cooperative Oil ARGAN, where we will learn about the steps of production and the numerous health benefits it provides.

We continue to the South from a track that will take us to the village of Ait Benhaddou, where we visit the Kasbah (UNESCO World Heritage Site). In this spectacular setting movies were filmed very famous such as Gladiator. Lunch in the village and continue towards Ouarzazate, known as the door of the great desert. Dinner and accommodation under the category of the hotel choice

Day 2: Dades Gorge – Todra Gorges – Goulmina – Erfoud – Erg Chebbi – Merzouga

Early in the morning, depart for the Todra Gorges, one of Morocco’s most magnificent and stunning canyons. From Todgha’s gorges, we go to Merzouga across parched terrain and past numerous palm palms. Let Erfoud, the fossil capital, be recognized for its fossil factories, and then we’ll head for the Erg Chebbi sand sea.

We travel deeper into the desert until we arrive at dunes in the middle of nowhere, where we can ride camels in the evening under the stars. You may climb the dunes and watch the moon rise before going to bed in a nomad tent.

Day 3: Merzouga – Tazarine – N’Koub – Tansikht – Agdez – Marrakech

Departure from Merzouga Tazarine’s desert, passing through spectacular desert landscapes and mountains, oases, Kasbahs, the Draa Valley, and N’Koub and Tansikht. Agdez, down to the green Draa River. Along the Ouarzazate Draa, through the Green Earth peoples and cultures. Lunch will be served before returning to Marrakech in the late evening.
